Summary: The house is lovely and the view spectacular. We were there in February so didn't get to experience/enjoy the outdoor spaces but they looked nice. It is a beach house so the windows were a little drafty on windy days but it is heated well. Owner was very responsive, providing ice melt and clearing the stairs when it snowed. The only caution I would mention is there are lots of stairs. A long flight up to the house itself and another from the lower floor bedrooms up to the main living space.

Summary: We loved our retreat in Weymouth! It was a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to gather together while also providing individual space for privacy after so much time together. We loved our time on the deck overlooking the beautiful bay with the Boston skyline in the distance- coffee in the morning and sampling local brews during sunset was time well spent!
