Built in 1802, this house features original details yet offers modern amenities. The first floor includes an open and airy living space with a comfortable sofa and modern furnishings. A spacious kitchen to enjoy your complimentary morning coffee and evening dinners. The indoor/outdoor patio space has a garage door that opens from the inside to the outdoor patio. Summary: We stayed with our four kids (ages 5-10) and my parents, who were visiting for the holidays! The cabin was so cozy and cute! The kids loved the bunk room and all the board games available! What a fun and unique place to stay. The town of Mineral Point was also so fun- so many local artists, cute shops, and greats restaurants- we ate at Cafe 43, Popolo's, Red Rooster, and the Commerce Street Hotel Brewery- all were great! We'll definitely stay again next time we visit town!

Summary: Up to visit family and found this newer rental location in MP. Great location near High Street eateries, galleries and shops. House has been lovingly restored to reflect history of the area. Cool architecture with high ceilings and added windows make it bright and sunny. Gets chilly when temps drop but that’s noted in description. Warm socks and sweaters highly recommended for winter month visits.

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the home in Mineral Point, WI this past week. The owners have spent a lot of time refurbishing the home to it's original Cornish design, and it worked quite well. I encourage anyone wanting to visit this beautiful historic town to stay at this home!

Summary: Girls weekend was enjoyed in this modern updated farmhouse. Pictures are very accurate and provided a comfortable weekend for 4. Feels like you’re out of town but only a few blocks from shops and restaurants.

Summary: I stayed with my sons for a short trip before school starts. They lived looking at the historical information. The cabin itself is very big and absolutely beautiful. We were inspired to shoot some senior photos. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We thought the property was a very charming representative of an historic home in the first town of Wisconsin. Well, except that it had all the modern amenity’s. We enjoyed the stone, logs and tall ceilings. I think it is best for younger clients with the bathroom on the 1st floor and the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are a couple height changes and a bit of waviness in the floors. But a really cute place with a perfect location. We easily walked every place we wanted to visit in downtown Mineral Point. The air conditioning worked like a dream. Quiet and cold. The patio was great. The host was thoughtfully available when needed.
