Centrally located in Oakland County in newly developed downtown Rochester Hills, "Brooklands subdivision". Rochester Hills is ranked as #25 in the U.S. best cities to live in (livability.com).
You can walk to restaurants and activities. Located within a couple of miles of cider mills, movie theaters, shopping malls, restaurants, three parks and trails, kiddie splash pad, markets, ice cream shops, coffee shops, Shelby Township/Macomb County, Beaumont Troy Hospital, M-59 and I-75. Come stay in award winning affluent Rochester Hills, winner of Community Excellence Awards.
We purchased the house in 2021 and fully remodeled it to make it up to date (à la mode). We intended to flip it but instead fell in love with it and could not let it go. We opened it up in 2022 now have it ready to share with you to also enjoy. We enjoyed hosting so much we now have a second home not too far away in Troy, MI, see also https://www.vrbo.com/3776745?dateless=true. If you have stayed at a a la mode abode before and you can't get in. Check out this second one! I will honor prices you paid before to get Memory Lane. Just remind me of the dates you stayed. All previous renters get special priority.
It is ready for making memories as your home away from home. It features an open floor plan from a large dining room to the incredible kitchen, with island and peninsula seating, through to the cozy family room with a wood fireplace. There is plenty of room for everyone. A neutral color palette with trendy modern farmhouses decor is comforting . There is a large outdoor deck and fenced in back yard for kids or pets. Summary: OMG this is absolutely the best place ever. Its in walking distance to a lot. Dana is the best. I forgot something, Dana took time out of her day and is shipping it back to me, of course im paying. But its the generosity of Dana even doing such a thing, not many people would do that.When i go back to Michigan i definitely will be using Dana's home. Very clean it had everything you can even imagine on having. You have places that you feel like you under packed things, well with Dana's home your going to feel like you over packed. Thank you,Naomi

Summary: It was great! Location was great for me. My 2 dogs loved it! The back yard is nic! 3 different entries to it so that was convenient. Big dr table which was geeat for staff meeting. Loved the island in kitchen. Very convenient place. We all had our own bathroom. Great showers! Confy bed for me in the master. Big closet and bathroom too. The house is bigger rhan than it looks and much nicer in the inside. Enjoyed ditting outside too. Loved Dana! She is so carong and attentive.

Summary: This property was above my expectations! Great quiet neighborhood, close to all the necessities and great layout! Fully stocked kitchen made homemade meals a breeze. Fenced in backyard was wonderful for the kids/dogs to play. Great experience!

Summary: Great outdoor area, big kitchen, plenty of beds and bedrooms. We had from 5 to 10 people and two dogs with no problems. Plenty of towels, cooking stuff, but the toaster could be a little bigger.

Summary: We were visiting family and wanted a private place to stay during the week we were there. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The location was nicely centered to everyone and it was easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and it truly was walking distance to the restaurant/bar! The check in process was super easy, we just grabbed the keys from the lockbox and went inside. Everything was as pictured and more! The home was so beautiful and it really felt like we weren’t on vacation and had just moved to Michigan from California. Lol During our stay, the electricity went out first day for a few hours and Dana was quick to reach out with updates. Fortunately we were out and the power was restored before we went back to the home, so this really didn’t affect us at all. But I’m truly grateful for how communicative our host was! My husband and I took the master room and our daughter loved the bunk bed room. There were also a lot of accommodations for infants and young children, which I thought was so thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the backyard was well maintained. I could go on and on, but overall, we had a wonderful time and if given the opportunity, would rent here again in a heartbeat! :)
