The flat has been renovated to a high standard and offers a lot of comfort. On 100 sqm there is plenty of space for 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area. Through the large double doors, the dreamlike balcony and the living area merge into each other, the blue of the sea is omnipresent here. Even on the shaded garden terrace with dining area and barbecue behind the house, you not only look into the green of the banana trees, but again and again at the sea.
