Summary: Nice property with an absolutely amazing view. Property is clean and well equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. Outdoor areas are great. Location is a bit of a challenge in that the road leading to the house is steep and very windy. Walking to town is "possible" but it's a long way. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Summary: Just had the most amazing time at Villa Gaia with my family. The villa offers spacious living areas and bedrooms with beautiful outdoor spaces to sit and relax and admire the fantastic views. The large sized swimming pool overlooks Bordigera and away to right Monte Carlo Bay and mountains in the background. We have stayed in a few villas but this had the charm and peacefulness of a typical Italian Villa and was by far the best. Emma onsite Manager was very helpful even took me to supermarket on first day, cooked us delicious meals and drove us to train station. A car is needed (we used daughters car) to go to beach etc. Bordigera is a lovely charming town with a lovely promenade providing great restaurants and a lively atmosphere. We would certainly return to the Villa again. We loved every bit if it.

Summary: This property was as advertised. Anna was easy to work with and Emma (on-site manager) was great. We communicated with Emma through a translation app as our Italian was basic. Inside was very nice, but the outdoor space is the best feature. Great pool and loungers made viewing the sunsets fantastic. Used the outdoor grill several nights and just enjoyed the view.

Summary: The Villa was perfect! Great location, clean and comfortable. Emma was a gem and we hired her to make a few meals (which were delicious) and to clean and change the linens. Would definitely return to Villa Ghia. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed with our family for one week in this wonderful house in Bordighera. The house has a terrific view on the coast of Bordighera and the sea. The rooms are all big, with very nice bathrooms. It has a good kitchen and a big sitting room. We stayed always outside, for diner. And is has a great pool, with also a very nice view. And last, but not least, Anna (the owner) is very helpful, always give quickly an answer if I had a question and she made a wonderful apple pie! This is really the place to be in Bordighera, if you want a house, with a nice view (and just 10 minutes of the sea/ city center).
