Summary: Clean and has all the basics. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. Couldn't figure out the TV, tho. Only other minor complaint was the chemical smell in the living room. Couldn't figure out why. Left windows open when possible.

Summary: A first gate snafu was resolved in short order, and then things were terrific. The grounds are well maintained; the pool is always clean; the unit is tidy and in good order. Our host was immediately available to respond to any quirky question. We’re planning to return!

Summary: Alex was a great host, always available and helpful.The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were never crowded and we were often the only ones there.

Summary: We enjoyed the property very much.It’s 1 mile walking distance from a mall with grocery store, restaurants, etc.Pool and hot tub were heated and very clean.Short driving distance to all the activities downtown West Palm Beach.

Summary: Very cosy and well equipped apartment in a secure gated community. Perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved going to the pool & jacuzzi and playing tennis. The hosts were really flexible and accommodating, nothing seemed too much of a problem for them, which was amazing and really appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: The apartment was a great base to explore from - plenty to do nearby in Palm Beach. The on-site swimming pool was also great - we found visiting early during the week meant we had the pool to ourselves. Overall very happy.
