Summary: Maintenance and housekeeping could step it up a notch and work together. TV remote didn’t work, toilet seat wasn’t secured on one side so it slid back and forth and they left less than a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the holder, other than that a decent stay.

Summary: It was a great location and the interior was impressive. The breakfast and eating area were superb! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked! The shower had no curtain, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall, that was a great experience and I won't hesitate to stay there again whenever I am in the West Palm Beach area!

Summary: Our stay was excellent at this property. The finishes are top-notch, and the staff treated us with respect and we felt valued as customers. We loved the breakfast that was provided for us. We dined at the hotel on a couple of occasions during our stay. We also like the nice and quaint bar and the very personable and friendly bartender named Edmund; He treated us like family. I would have to think very hard about any complaint that we had. The only thing that comes to mind is that one of our mattress's, seemed to be deformed and a little worn, it was indented and worn; seems like individuals have been sitting on the edge of the mattress in the same spot causing a huge divot make comfortable sleep difficult. We would stay here again.
