Positive: Close to the beach. Room was spacious and comfortable
Negative: The elevator was broken for most of our stay. The rooftop whirlpool wasn’t working so we couldn’t access the rooftop patio. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee pods for the keurig pot in the room. I had to keep going to the front desk and ask for them. No outdoor grounds to sit outside
Summary: It was a comfortable room and location was good. Too expensive for what we got

Positive: The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful!! Brandon, Kristin, & Milton were wonderful!! I will definitely be booking through Brandon again!! My room had the best views!! Love walking across the street everyday to Easton Beach! I enjoyed the daily breakfast!!

Positive: Location was great. We also loved the warm cookies at check in and the complimentary drinks, especially the strawberry lemonade! The view from the room was great. The staff members were helpful and friendly.
Negative: The pool was small and the water was too warm. It also could use a cleaning. The continental breakfast ran out of food before 10am. The staff members seemed like they were trying to do a million things at once. They needed extra help!
