Positive: Clean, spacious enough, close to a boardwalk and arcades.
Negative: Unfortunately we didn’t have enough toilet paper, paper towels, and no shampoo at all. Sofa is super old and uncomfortable. Apartment is located on top of a liquor store. Store A/c is very loud and vibrating and disturbing during the night. Apartment is ants infested. Also 10:00 am check out and is too early, especially without dishwasher. And check in is too late at 4pm on my opinion.
Summary: It is affordable but not super comfortable.
