Summary: It is refreshing to deal with a genuine host who communicates professionally and provides what he advertises. Jose also provided us with some refreshing drinks upon arrival and lots of local knowledge. Plus, he booked the taxis for our departure, a big thank you Jose! Our family had a superb 2 weeks in Jose's beautiful villa. It is very large and easily accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with the added bonus of a covered (means cool!) outside bbq area. For a family, the utility room with full laundry facilities also proved very useful. The garden area is great for relaxing in your own outside space, with little pockets of shade and a temporary pool to cool you down as required. If you have a car, their is secure parking for 2 vehicles on site. Jose also very kindly allowed me to use his mountain bike. The location of the villa is fantastic. To the rear is uninterrupted views of the sea, a mere 30ft away. We often spent the evening, sipping gin & tonics on the rear terrace, in the company of a billionaire or three (albeit they were on their super yachts 100ft away). To the right is figueretas bay with lots of restaurants, bars, beaches and the SeaBus service. To the left, a 5 minute stroll up a track brings you to the wonderful Ibiza old town and the Port. We would definitely recommend Jose and his villa as a great base for your holiday. Paul F & family

Summary: Amazing views from balconies. Good comfort level in all rooms and it was amazing that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Jose was really lovely and was very quick to sort out any issues we had and was amazingly helpful. We would love to come back for another girls week in the future. Shops, cash machines,restaurants and bars all very close to the villa we had an amazing week.

Summary: First thing I noticed when we walked into the villa was how clean it was. The villa is in an amazing location. About 20 min walking distance to Old Town Ibiza. It is right on the water with access to the beach. The house is gated and has an alarm system so we felt very safe. Jose had both beach and shower towels for us that all smelled like they had just been washed. He gave us a map and recommendations on what to do. The house is absolutely stunning! Two outdoor dining tables, one is on the sunny side and one gets more shade if you would like to stay cooler. Jose was a very responsive and helpful host, both leading up to our stay and during our stay. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly highly recommend this villa.

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks May/June 2017 while we were in Ibiza for our wedding. We wanted something a little special and we certainly got it here. There were 6 adults ( 2 couples and 2 singles) and our two year old daughter and there was so much space for everyone - it would comfortably accommodate 8 adults no problem. Jose was the perfect host from start to finish - he had beer, soft drinks, snacks and milk in the fridge for our arrival and 2 bottles of cava as a little pre wedding present! He also left a cot, highchair, baby bath and lots of toys for our little girl which was just amazing as anyone with a little one will know! Apart from this he was so attentive, answering any questions we had by email before our arrival, or whatsapp while we were there, in minutes! He even dropped a beautiful orchid and card into the villa for us as a wedding gift!! We have been to Ibiza many times so we were familiar with the location of this villa, it was one of the reasons we chose it, but just to confirm for anyone wondering the location is just perfect. Figueretas beach is literally a 2 minute walk (as you can see from the pics it is literally right there!) and Ibiza town is about a 15 minute stroll. There are lots of cafes and restaurants along the beach in Figueretas which starts about 2 minutes from the villa and you can walk along the beach front in about 10/15 mins so plenty of options all the way along there too. Getting a taxi is super easy as the villa is across the road from a couple of well known holiday apartment blocks so you can just use these as a pick up point! In terms of the villa itself it is so homely with everything you could possibly want - I even made my wedding cake in the kitchen! It has a fab BBQ terrace and another beautiful terrace beside this for sunny morning coffees, leisurely lunches al fresco dinners or sundown drinks before you head out! The 3 ensuite bathrooms means everyone has their own bathroom so thats always nice and there was lots of wardrobe space so no living out of suitcases. And the garden with the temporary pool was so perfect for topping up our tans. I feel like I've just written an essay but we just had such a wonderful time here I felt I had to share it for anyone in two minds about booking it. We cannot wait to return - hopefully our families will agree to come with us again as we couldn't just rent it for the 3 of us although we'd love to haha! Thank you Jose for everything!
