Summary: Good Hotel for the price. Large room and clean. The parking fee 20 € a little bit high

Summary: Such a wonderful stay! 7 mins from the airport with the hotel free shuttle. The room was spacious and super clean (two queen beds + baby crib). Good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were available in big bottles. A toothpaste for the kids + lofa were provided as well (such a lovely gesture ❤️). Would definitely stay there again during our next visit to Brussels.

Summary: The front desk staff was amazing, helpful and so welcoming. The shuttle service to the airport was a plus. The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of breads, hot food, salad ingredients, pastries, fresh fruit juices and shots. There was also a good assortment of jams, yogurts, fruits, cereals, and more. Will definetly return. Oh and Deborah (from Spain) at the front desk was exceptionally nice, had great customer service skills. I think she will do some amazing things for the company if given the chance.

Summary: We staye there overnight before an early morning flight out of Brussels. The room was very comfortable, the staff was courteous and the shuttle the next morning was very convenient.

Summary: The property is clean and very close to rail station that will take you in 15 minutes to centre of Brussels. Very good options for breakfast. Downsize is the fact that the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms for one night and didn't work in both rooms for second night. We had to ask for a heater. The salad mixed with some sauces was soure and not fresh at all. Also the milk in the caffe machine was soure too. I has to ask the employee to change it because l couldn't drink the caffe.

Summary: The facility was extremely clean, modern, and new. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. In short, the ideal business hotel. I don't know about eco-friendliness.That seems like merely something that is claimed. How does one gauge this? The staff was efficient and professional without friendliness. In the morning, when an airline crew took the 0500 shuttle that we ordered, it seems that the front desk called a taxi company. They said nothing, but we saw them paying the driver in cash. We were on our way bu 0507. That was helpful, albeit anonymous, service.

Summary: The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. Minor issue with maintenance - security latch for our room wasn’t working. Will stay here again if transit through Brussels requires an overnight stay.
