Summary: My stay at Hotel NH Brussels EU Berlaymont was truly lovely. On my arrival, I was kindly upgraded, and on Christmas Day I was surprised with thoughtful gifts in my room, which was such a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Leaving tomorrow feels hard after such a wonderful time in both the city and the hotel. I would happily stay here again.
