Summary: The outside looked a little run down, but once inside the hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very good.

Summary: Layout of the building floors was aggravating to navigate. Electric car charger ports don't come with any adapters so I couldn't even use them which was originally a selling point for me. Can't use room towels for the pool, you have to pay 2.5 euros for a different towel. There isn't any pool side bar service which was the biggest let down. If I'm staying in Rome again I will be staying somewhere else.
