Summary: Fantastic check-in experience thanks to friendly staff. Convenient nearby parking. Great view on the falls. Bath was huge and appreciated but kind of hard to get in and out. Room design very convenient for family. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room, as well as a shower cap. Aside from that it was a dream ! Breakfast buffet is great with a big diversity of meals along with a quick refill turnover. But staff not really useful there. Some were very tensed and unfriendly. Some other were great but uncomfortable as it's not needed in a buffet and we don't want to socialize much in the morning. Overall it was a superbe expérience and I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: Didn’t have a good experience. Check in is at 4 and we arrived at 4:20, but since they had an “elite” guest, our room was not ready by 4. They had no idea how long it would take either, so they said they would call us to let us know, so we went out for a while. 8:20pm and still no call, so we headed back. Yes our room was ready, they just didn’t let us know like they said they would. On top of it, 1 elevator wasn’t working, every time you wanted to go up or down you would literally have to wait anywhere between 10-20 mins because the other 2 would be so full, you would have to wait for the next one or either the one after that. We were on the 14th floor and our water midshower would continuously go out. Everyone below the 14th floor lost AC for who even knows how long. We didn’t stay long enough to find out. We ended up checking out a day early. The front desk did absolutely nothing to make our stay better. The only thing nice about that place was the view. I do not recommend. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Summary: First time to Niagara Falls. Exceptionally well located hotel with wonderful falls views. We had a room located on the eighth floor. Floor to ceiling windows. From the bed, it looked like you were staring at the ocean. As you approach the window, you had a full on view of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Great shower! Easy walk to Table Rock. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. Parking is expensive but easy access to rental car was important to us.
