Summary: The location of the property is excellent for the beach and D day memorials. Lots to see and do within an hours drive. Suitable for disabled member of our family. Owners very friendly and on hand for any issues. Definitely recommend this property.

Summary: My husband & I, along with my sister and son spent a lovely week here in August, couldn't have asked for better weather. The gite is very well equipped and was lacking for nothing, there were even bikes if you wished to go for an evening ride.The property is in a very quiet and peaceful location & only a stones throw away from the beach.We spent most of our evenings in the garden playing boules or table tennis, on the provided equipment. If you want more the restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. The owners, Francoise and Guy, were very helpful and friendly even though they only spoke French but we communicated very well through iTranslate. We would definetly recomend the gite and hopefully will return. Je vous remercie pour d'agréables séjours.

Summary: We spent a week here with our 4 children aged between 15 and 26 and everyone enjoyed the holiday. The house is located less than a minute's walk from the beautiful, expansive beach which is perfect for long strolls, sandcastle building and family football matches! The owners have thought of everything to ensure your comfort and enjoyment - a large living/dining space with TV/DVD, comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen with American-style fridge-freezer, a separate games room with table tennis and table football, bicycles of all sizes and good, comfortable beds with flexibility as to singles/doubles as required. We enjoyed some beautiful weather and spent the evenings in the garden to the rear which is very tranquil with just the horses in the neighbouring field for company. The owners live locally and are very friendly down- to-earth people, quick to respond to any queries. Merci beaucoup pour ces supers vacances, Françoise et Guy! Nous retournerons sûrement.

Summary: We were the first people to stay at this holiday rental in Utah Beach, and the sea and fantastic, deserted beach was a 1 minute walk away. The property is as described, everything is new, but the photos do not do it justice. The owners are very friendly and helpful, however do not speak English, this was not a problem, with the help of Google translate. The property was very clean and well equipped, the owners even left us a bag of dog food and two bowls, as we took our dog. The garden is child/dog proof. We would certainly return again to this house, and to the interesting area it is situated in.
