Positive: A spacious one bedroom apartment, which was located a few minutes away from the promenade. There was also a supermarket and several restaurants all within walking distance. A few of the local attractions are about 20 to 25 minutes away on foot.
Negative: The basic amenities( bath towel and body wash) provided for a weeks stay were disappointing. We noted at check-in that there was only one bath towel each. So, we requested 2 additional bath towels which the lady promised to deliver, but never delivered! The limited Bath gel provided got over 2 to 3 days after check in. We requested a refill. Our request was initially refused which was both disappointing and awkward, but it was later given. Sufficient amenities should have been provided for the duration of a guest stay. AC was ineffective and did not work properly

Positive: Fantastic location close to Promenade de Anglais and heaps of restaurants and a grocery store. Lorella responded quickly to any issues we had.
Negative: Earliest check in was 5 pm. Shower floods bathroom in normal use.

Positive: Location was good - right across from the promenade. About 20-min walk to Old Town so close by to all the places of interest. Living room space was plenty. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Good size fridge. Host was super helpful during entire stay, replenished supplies upon request and provided suggestions for activities when asked. Space available for clothes to be hung or stored. Three tables in living space giving you good counter space. Suitcases fit well under said tables so was conveniently out of the way. Patio has table and two chairs, as well was drying rack (views of building). Laundry was a great bonus. Elevator access. Gated key-fob entrance to building. Felt very safe. Personally, love a long mirror so was sad that it wasn't available in the apartment but building had them in the main entrance so found a compromise. Trash and recycling station in the building so easy to take out (bins and bags provided). If you are easy travelers, this is a great apartment option for you!
Negative: Extremely grateful for the stay however a few things host could improve on to make it a more delightful experience for future guests. Shower door wouldn't completely close so leaked water, had to put few towels down so wouldn't slip on tile. Bed was unfortunately not comfortable. Bad timing that exterior construction was taking place at the time of our visit so a little inconvenienced by that when couldn't use balcony (not to fault host).

Positive: The apartment was very clean and spacious, the location is perfect - basically on the promenade, close to many restaurants, shops, beach clubs and nice cafes. The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive!
