Summary: This is our second time staying at this Property. David & Paula are always accommodating and amazing hosts! The home is always clean, organzied, & they have breakfast & the necessities included for us. 10/10 recommend! Summary: Overall the house was nice. The bathrooms are very small, but doable. The downstairs bathroom they are currently remodeling and I think it will be very nice when it is done. The best part was the food for breakfast in the morning was provided along with some chocolate chip cookies. The beds are ok but the pillows are very flat. They have a new thermostat which is kinda hard to use, but we finally were able to at least set the temperature to what we wanted.

Summary: Had a last minute housing emergency and these owners came through in a pinch for us. Can't say enough about their communication and the quality of stay our family experienced at this house. Absolutely everything in the home is labeled, there is plenty of space to spread out and they even provided breakfast food for us which was out of this world. If I ever need to stay in Cedar Rapids again, this place will be at the top of my list.

Summary: Hosts were very easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to communcations. Home was very clean and very nice with an exercise room, games, and pinball machine. Host provided breakfoods to get your day going. We have already talked about staying there again in the future.

Summary: We rented this house for a late family Christmas celebration. This location was in the middle for both families. The property was just as described. It was close to a grocery store which was convenient. The house was clean, everything was well labeled, and very comfortable. My boys loved the pinball machine. There are several touches throughout the house to make you comfortable during your stay. Would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to others.

Summary: Three friends stayed in this extremely clean VRBO! So many small and big touches to the house! Everything you need is at the house, and it is a very cozy house! We would definitely stay here again! Very responsive owners to any questions or issues!

Summary: This was the perfect house for a girls' weekend in Cedar Rapids. Roughly 15 minutes from both the Amana Colonies and downtown Cedar Rapids, it was located on a quiet side street. Once we got inside, we discovered touches - both little and big - that really set this location apart from other places we've stayed. From the complimentary toiletries in case we forgot something to the homemade cookies and everything we needed for a hearty breakfast to the treadmill to the stocked shelves of games and books, these hosts clearly put a lot of thought into what would make this stay perfect for their guests. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Summary: I cannot praise the hosts and their property enough. The home is very clean with all of the light switches and drawers labeled. The hosts generously provided home baked cookies, a full breakfast bar, and toiletries should you have forgotten yours. The bathrooms were both very nice and renovated with modern features, and the house was very clean. Extra pillows and blankets were also provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you plan to stay in Cedar Rapids with a group of 4-6, you will not find a better place with a better price.
