Summary: We had a great time in NOLA, at Jazz Fest, and we're very comfy in this rental. With 5 adults, we needed enough space to not be in each others way all time, was walking distance to the festival, and a good price point. This property worked out perfectly, I think. Neighborhood was completely safe, quiet, and within walking to both the festival and French Quarter. (30ish minutes) Ride shares were a great option too with helpful and friendly drivers. No major stores around so we had some groceries delivered. No biggie to us. Communication with the host was excellent, too! Denita is wonderful. Kitchen came with everything we needed. Bathrooms were well stocked with great water pressure. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Even some extras in the closet for the pull-out sofa which was a pleasant surprise. WiFi worked great. The house could use some additional side tables, small dressers, or flat surfaces in the bedrooms and/or dining room. The living room could do with an additional chair. But again, minor things that didn't bother us since we were out for several hours every day. All in all, this was a great choice for anyone visiting NOLA. Very comfy home away from home.

Summary: Three former military friends spent 3 nights here. The neighborhood is abit sketchy. The home has obviously been upgraded but there are many things that are substandard. Doors that will not close, chairs that need replacing, table that wobbles, remote controls that don’t work, no local tv channels, noisy ac units, etc.
