Positive: It’s nice place to disconnect

Negative: First of all the hotel tol number is not working so if u want to prepare something or ask about anything before coming u wont be able to do that. Also the food from butcher was below expectations i ordered medium steak i got it over well done and they didn’t try to refire the order they kept saying 20% discount Anyways I don’t recommend the hotel for the value paid

Positive: The place is phenomenal, period. The restaurant options are great as well. The grounds are fantastically maintained and its serene environment to walk through on all fronts. There's plenty of options to occupy yourself with once you get there and all the staff are great. It's also very quiet. A great place to escape the madly fast pace of Riyadh. If you have kids, there's also plenty of stuff to keep them occupied.

Negative: The restaurants are all massively overpriced. Shisha at SAR 250 a pop is too pricey. Any restaurant you go to is circa SAR 250+ per person. That could be looked at to be honest and the prices moderated to suit. That's really the only thing I can say was not to my liking.

Summary: We shall be back, that's for sure!

Negative: Our experience, unfortunately, did not feel very welcoming. The first piece of information provided by the receptionist was the checkout time, which immediately set an uninviting tone. When we requested a golf cart at 10 AM for breakfast, the receptionist seemed surprised and questioned how we would manage that, given that checkout was at 12 PM. Then, right at noon, we received a call informing us that the housekeeper was at the door to help with our luggage — which made us feel rushed, as though we were being pushed to leave. In addition, the shower hose was leaking, and more importantly, the bed was very uncomfortable. It squeaked so loudly that even the slightest movement would wake us up throughout the night, making it almost impossible to get proper rest.
