Fully furnished, tastefully appointed, Cottage in safe, quiet, very convenient Uptown neighborhood. 350 sq ft, Sleeps 3, brand new bath, HDTV, WIFI, I pod sound dock, security alarm, frig/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, hairdryer, full length mirror, closet, iron, ironing board, quality linens, charming outdoor area. Lots of windows and natural light.
A short walk to Tulane, Loyola, Audubon Park, Audubon Golf & Tennis, Audubon Zoo, restaurants, bank, drugstore, hair salon, coffee shops, grocery store, & wine shops.
Just 2 blocks away, jump on the St. Charles Streetcar to most anywhere in the city...French Quarter, Garden District, Warehouse Arts District, National WWII Museum, New Orleans Museum of Art, Sculpture Garden, Botanical Gardens, Aquarium, City Park, shopping, outlet Mall, Harrah's Casino, nightlife, sightseeing, and much more! 15 minutes to the Convention Center or Second Line Stages.
This property is well maintained and very clean. I recently furnished it as my guest house and occasionally offer it for rent. I live in the main house.

Summary: A quaint spot in the middle of the Garden District. Kimberly was a delight to visit with and the Cottage is quiet and secluded with a lovely meticulously maintained garden. Perfect spot to relax.

Summary: Nolacottage was my home away from home for four evenings over Halloween 2022. This exceptionally clean, well-stocked converted garage with A/C and cable TV was a perfect place to spend a few days in safety and privacy. The grounds are beautiful as well, with plants and flowers, and there is free on-street parking with routine security driving the streets. The location was great! I walked in beautiful Audobon Park (with stables, a zoo, and a golf course too) and easily hopped the streetcar (for $1.25) at Jefferson and St. Charles to explore downtown. Starbucks and Superior Seafood were just a short drive away, as were many other amenities. Tulane and Loyola are just a few blocks from Nolacottage, as is Newman. All in all, it was a wonderful location and place to stay for my first trip to the Big Easy, made even better by a wonderful hostess, Kimberly. Thank you again for everything!

Summary: This property is very well maintained and so "New Orleans" in style. Everything is clean and organized and the owner was so helpful. The courtyard was quiet and cozy and simply beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Other than choosing to sleep in separate beds due to being used to sleeping in a king sized bed, this was a great location. SO QUIET compared to so much of the city and close to most of what we were in town for! We try to get over to New Orleans pretty regularly and we will check for availability here again in the future!

Summary: Located walking distance from streetcar. Plenty of off-street parking. Close to Audubon park for a 2-4 mile walk/run. A great option for staying in New Orleans. Ideal for 1-2 people looking for a simple place to stay in an ideal location. Very pleased with experience.
