Positive: It offers two bedroom which fits our need, the location is great
Negative: This is very old facility, running out of hot water if people have bath at the same time or consecutively, Wi-Fi is spotty, air conditioning is noisy, hallway is smelly, jacuzzi has floating black foams, the only hair dryer in the two bedroom did not work and my daughter and I had to let our hair dry by itself, no house keeping, and we need to throw our trash to the outside dumpsters as asked, wash our own dishes before we leave as a requirement, and when we arrive the key was not in the lockbox. Given how much this placed charges, I think the value is quite fair. I would not recommend and would not come back again.

Positive: First, I recommend this place and we enjoyed staying there, BUT we didn't know that there is no human personal to help us. We got to the hotel to get info and a nice lady helped us but she said that we ordered via Booking and so we need to contact our representative (which is only via mail/SMS). This was very wired cause they had a lobby and office but it was not for us... so we got to the room at the end (after the nice lady helped us voluntarily). When we needed more towels for example, we had to wait for the respond via SMS and after a while was directed to get some towels from the office. The room was very comfort for 2 adults and 3 kids. With kitchen and all parts needed. The play room and pool was great for the kids. Overall had a great time.
Negative: Need to know that your contact and help is only via mail/SMS and all the rest is self made.

Positive: This was a very nice size condo (Nordic Inn) right in the heart of Lincoln NH right next to Loon Mountain. Tom, the owner, was in touch with me within minutes of my booking to explain how to get in as it was a late last-minute booking as the Nordic staff had gone home. Tom sent via text the instruction and then after another couple of minutes sent a text telling about the Condo and what (restaraunts, activities) was in the area. This was very helpful. Condo was nicely decorated, really clean, and had pretty much anything you needed to have a comfortable stay and cook if desired. Tom kept in contact to assure we got in, to make sure everything was going well and then to see if we had a good stay. I would recommend this condo from Tom to everyone.
Negative: There was nothing i did not like, it was all good...

Positive: Great location. Condo was good size. Staying during a crowded weekend was expected, but was pleasantly surprised by the overall quietness of the entire property.
Negative: Nordic Inn is showing its age and needs updating. Condo itself was dated and could use some upgrades such as bathroom and kitchen. TV could be replaced with modern smart TV so you could watch apps on big screen. More towels would be a plus.
Summary: Overall we were satisfied. There will always be some glitches no matter where you stay.
