Positive: The house was modern and quite well-equipped, with everything working well. However, it would not seem quite so well-equipped if we had actually had 11 people staying there (for example, the dining table sat 6, which was good for us, but would not be so good for a bigger group)
Negative: Parking was a little problematic, given we did not have access to the garage, and there is not otherwise a lot of space for cars to park out the front. We had 3 cars (not unreasonable for 6 adults, especially given some of us came from interstate) and there was only just enough room for them to park
Summary: Overall it was all good and we enjoyed our stay

Positive: The house was new and neat. The area was nice and secure. Perfect family getaway, not too far from anything in a car. A short drive snd wslk to the section of thr beach that you could swim in.
Negative: The beach wasn't for swimming, more so for crabbing,, but the view was lovely.
