It contains an open concept floorpan with a fully stocked kitchen, and 6 person dining table, which flows into an inviting living room. The lower level basement is located off of the kitchen and is a great place for kids to play away from the main floor. A small deck, complete with outdoor seating and dining, give remarkable views of the bay. Do not forget to check out the outdoor shower which makes it simple for an after beach quick rinse or a warm shower!

Summary: Kim is an excellent host. This was our second time staying in the home and it felt as fresh and clean a year later. The neighborhood is extremely friendly and filled with wildlife and an excellent beach at the end of the block. Highly recommend for 3-5 person getaway!

Summary: We had a fabulous time at this beach house! The beach is only one house away and has beautiful clear ocean water and a small sandy beach. The home was perfect for our family - our young children loved the yard and biking around the neighborhood. The check-in/check-out process was the easiest I have ever experienced and the welcome basket was a wonderful surprise. Looking forward to our next visit!

Summary: Stayed second time as we like the location and the set up is great for adult kids visiting with us- neighborhood beach is so convenient just walk a few steps- close to Greenport, Peconic, Mattituck, etc wineries too-

Summary: The owners have done a fantastic job with a gut renovation of a small, but wonderfully located property on the North Fork of Long Island. Everything is newly renovated and was done in an extremely thoughtful, tasteful and beach-oriented way. Outdoor shower is excellent way to keep the house free of sand, and the landscaping is excellent and maintained weekly for the stay. The host, Kim, was responsive to all of our questions, suggestions and requests from booking through check-out. Highly recommended property for a family vacation!

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful time and Kim was an amazing host- super responsive, helpful, and gracious! This location and home was perfect for our family of 6 - it had everything we needed and then some (including a very generous welcome basket!). We enjoyed exploring during the day, and coming home to late afternoon/evening swims at the lovely little beach one house away, then washing away the sand in the outdoor shower. It was also a great little neighborhood for post-dinner walks or bike rides, and our kids enjoyed watching the fireflies dance in the back yard each night after dark! The view of the bay from the living room/deck is beautiful and so hard to leave. My kids set their alarms a few mornings to get up to see the incredible sunrises. I should also mention the basement is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and a great place for kids to play/hang out. It was also convenient being so close to Greenport (where we enjoyed many an evening dinner, stroll, ice cream, etc.), Orient Beach state park (great for kayaking, beach, playground, biking, exploring), Southold village, restaurants, wineries, and farm stands. Admittedly, we are Cape Cod people, but the North Fork (and this wonderful location) certainly won over our family this week!

Summary: Owner leaves nice book of details and welcoming gift- very much appreciated- location of house was wonderful if u are beach bums! Walk over one house to neighborhood beach- wake up 5:30 am if u want to view gorgeous sunrises! Appreciated having basement as one adult kid had to do some work part of days- house was great- nice kitchen- great deck, grill, outside shower was very much appreciated and enjoyed by all family members- location is very good to restaurants, wineries, Greenport, Orient Point, Peconic, Mattituck- hoping to return next summer-

Summary: Our family had a great time at this Jewel of a house. The host has gone way beyond any expectations to make our stay enjoyable. Fantastic renovated house that is steps from a very cozy beach that has multiple generations, from toddlers, teens to seniors. North Fork at it's best. Highly recommended!
