Our mountain-style lake front home is located in a quiet community on the desirable north end of Lake Keowee. The house is approximately 2850 square feet on three levels plus ample outdoor deck space on the main/basement levels and an accessible backyard + substantial gravel parking.
Central location with direct dock access on Lake Keowee. Neighborhood boat ramp is 6 minutes or Fall Creek boat ramp is 12 minutes by car. In addition the home is 9 minutes to Devils Fork State Park access to Lake Jocassee, 40-50 minutes to Cashiers & Highlands areas, 45 minutes to the Chattooga River, 60 minutes to Greenville, 40 minutes to Clemson University Football games.

-The main level includes the great room, kitchen, bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom
-The loft level includes (2) bedrooms (queen bed) (two twin beds), 30" twin daybed in hallway, full bathroom
-The basement level includes bedroom (queen bed), bunk room (two sets of bunk beds), full bathroom, utility room with washer/dryer, and additional private outdoor shower
Property
The home sits at the top of the lot with a winding gravel path (roughly 225' long) flanked by mountain laurel down to the lake & 10'x20' platform dock. The dock is set in a private cove and water is approximately 4-5' deep off the end (depending on current lake level), quickly getting deeper for swimming and tucked away from boat traffic. Gravel path can accomodate a golf cart, however home rental does not include use of one.
**Various lake toys available for use, see amenities. Access to neighborhood pool available.
**Internet on the north end is generally unavailable, however we were able to install Verizon 5G home WIFI in 2022. Speed can vary but typically supports streaming. In addition, Verizon & AT&T cell signals are typically strong.
No pets allowed. If you have more than (12) total guests, please contact prior to booking. Home has (1) Ring security camera on the garage floodlight.

Summary: Beautiful secluded location. Felt like we had the bay to ourselves for swimming. The house itself is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It's set up perfectly for large family trips. The upstairs is quiet enough for the Early to bed people, the main floor is perfect for gatherings and meals and the basement is perfect for kids of all ages. All of the beds were super comfortable and had quality pillows! I cannot say enough how much our large, extended family enjoyed this trip. We had 4 vehicles and 2 jet skis, there was plenty of room for all of us to park. While there is quite a bit to do locally, we spent most of our time at the house relaxing, cooking, swimming and enjoying each other's company. Our hosts were fantastic. It is very obvious that they are pros at this and know exactly how to make their guests feel welcome, safe and comfortable. We had one reasonable, small hiccup that was immediately taken care of. We also had an injury in the family (not in any way related to the house, property or anything that could have been avoided by our hosts) and they were so kind and willing to help in any way possible. Their thoughtfulness really touched me. If you are planning a family trip to the area, I would highly, highly recommend this home!! I know that we will be back!! Thank you Jonathan and Jessica for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Summary: This home had everything we needed. We had an incredible vacation. The home is so clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the back deck is amazing with the lake and mountains in the background. The dock is just a short walk to the lake and it has a very nice rock trail. The neighborhood is very quiet with nice homes all around. Great communication with the owners. We would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: My family had an amazing reunion at this lake house. There was plenty of space to enjoy being all together on the main floor, and the basement made a perfect "away space" for our teenagers. The view from the living room and deck is amazing, and the dock is in a peaceful cove, perfect for swimming and enjoying the lake without all the heavy boat traffic in the main area. We also took advantage of being much closer to some incredible waterfalls (we visited Whitewater Falls and Twin Falls). And we rented a pontoon boat and explored the northern part of the lake (Keowee Rock and Keowee Falls). I'm very thankful that we chose to have our vacation at this house.
