Positive: It was next to a supermarket so it made self catering easy. It was very clean and the room was large so good to have space. It was self checkin so did not meet any staff. Would recommend.

Positive: Comfortable bed, nice lounge chairs, breakfast table and chairs, plenty of kitchenette facilities (microwave, cook top, fridge, sink,, cookware) that made it easy to save money not eating out. The grocery store was right next door. The room was sizable for two people. It was easy to get in. The only problems were a slow draining bathroom sink and a nonexistent satellite for the television.
Negative: No working TV and slow draining sink.

Positive: A very pleasant, self-contained apartment. Very well equipped and a comfortable bed.
Negative: The location was further from the City Centre attractions than expected. It was a long walk to the restaurants, bars etc. for my wife who suffers from back problems. Taxis too expensive to use all the time. Nevertheless, we still had a good time but would look at accommodation nearer to harbour area.
Summary: Comfortable and well appointed apartment but a long walk to attractions.

Positive: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room equipped well and soooo quiet! That's very important for a light sleeper! Location is good, there is a supermarket nearby and here can be found as a pick-up point for many actitivies! You can also store the luggage before or after checked-out.
Negative: nothing!

Positive: Great value - spacious room that would definitely be comfortable for stays much longer than our two days. Not central but Reykjavík so walkable it was very easy to get to harbor attractions. Great dining options within blocks. Remote mgmt worked well- they kept us updated on a smoke alarm issue that occurred while we were out and about.
Negative: Nothing - a great setup.
Summary: Well worth the few minutes of extra walking.

Positive: It was very close to city centre, the area was very quiet not noisy, staff were friendly, room was clean, it had a kitchen in the room so I was able to cook. Tips for customers: when you reach the hotel you have to touch the door pad, it will flash then you have to put the door code and door will open.
