Positive: We were grateful for the vegan options at breakfast

Negative: Some staff were very helpful, others acted like you were inconveniencing them. The room wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and there were pubic hairs on the skirting board in the bathroom. Apart for the lobby area the hotel is in need of refurbishing, it feels very tired. There is nothing within walking distance, it is at the side of the motorway.

Positive: Breakfast was basic but had vegan options which met our requirements Comfy bed Friendly helpful staff who responded to our requests eg to borrow a screwdriver, and to clean the slide

Negative: The room was very dusty No mirror over dressing table to be able to use hair straighteners Freezer compartment needs defrosting as the door was forced open with ice Having to pay extra for car parking. Should be included in the price

Positive: I love the work and kindness of some workers, specially Yanniek Broos. I think the hotel is some older but in general have a good service.

Negative: The people of the breakfast is a lot bad. They dont care about the clientes.

Positive: We went during Easter week, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, with breakfast Easter Kids corner, with little gifts, chocolate eggs and customised pastries and doughnuts. Renovated common areas, with kids playroom. Rooms with toiletres of rituals.

Negative: The hotel is located just outside the city but within a 10 min. drive, you can park in the hotel, it is not expensive.
