FLAT #1, NUTTALL - Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals is four modern vacation rentals in one historic building. This listing is for Flat #1, Nuttall which is found on the second floor. You will walk up the 23 stairs through the airy art-filled stairwell to reach your beautiful flat (please note: there is no elevator in this historic building). Nuttall is designed to luxuriously accommodate two adults, as are all four vacation rentals at Lafayette Flats.
BEDROOM – Have a relaxing night’s sleep on the medium/firm queen-size hybrid mattress with 100% cotton sheets, four pillows (two flat and two fluffy), and an alternative down all-season duvet with a cotton duvet cover. Room-darkening blinds provide privacy. Electric and USB outlets are conveniently located on both bedside tables to keep your phone close by while you both recharge after an adventurous day.
BATHROOM – Twin pedestal sinks, a claw foot tub, and a tiled shower await you in Nuttall’s spacious bathroom. Each vacation rental at Lafayette Flats has its own hot water tank, so you can enjoy a hot bath or a long shower – or both! Enjoy William Roam hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, and bar soap (all sulfate & paraben fee). A makeup mirror, hair dryer, and 100% cotton bath towels and linens are provided to ensure you look and feel your best.
LIVING SPACE – Enjoy the abundant natural light streaming through the large windows that frame a stunning view of the picturesque Fayette County Courthouse. The comfortable living area has a sofa, lounge chair, table, lamps and smart TV. Dine at the kitchen bar or cozy low top table.
KITCHEN – Prepare simple or complex meals in the small but fully functional kitchen with all utensils and wares provided, including a refrigerator, electric range stove and oven, toaster, and microwave. Fiestaware table settings and glassware are provided as are salt, pepper, and olive oil. Enjoy filtered water from the Brita pitcher in your refrigerator.
COFFEE & TEA SERVICE – Savor the flavor of locally-roasted coffee provided exclusively to Lafayette Flats guests in the 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker or French press. A kettle and assortment of gourmet teas and tisanes as well as creamer, sugar and Truvia are also provided.
MEDIA & DATA – With 500+ mbps Wi-Fi, you can work remotely or relax while streaming Netflix on the complimentary account. Enjoy your favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker.

Summary: This property was extremely nice and accommodating. It's downtown within walking distance of some nice cafes and restaurants as well as an outdoor shop for rock climbers. The unit also had netflix, hbo max and apple tv pre installed and paid for (IDK if that was from a previous visitor or if its a feature) but it was awesome!

Summary: Lafayette Flats are full suites - owners have incredible taste and added all the touches to make a stay memorable. Incredibly clean and one of the most aesthetically pleasing places I’ve ever stayed - plush bed and clawfoot tub were a dream!

Summary: We stayed in Nuttall at Lafayette Flats for a week. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate. The location is perfect. Everything downtown is in easy walking distance - from Pies & Pints to Secret Sandwich Society. The whole experience was 10/10. I highly recommend Lafayette Flats.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the Lafayette Flats. We actually stayed in Eddy (originally booked Nutall but then switched to be on the top floor). The flat was spacious, immaculately clean (I’m pretty picky), and really comfortable. We enjoyed the provided coffee packs and supplies, appreciated the book of recommendations and information, and loved being right in town to walk to pretty much everything. Check in and check out processes were seamless, the stairs weren’t a problem for us (good workout!), and parking was easy and convenient. Amy was so easy to reach if we had any questions, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in the are. Highly recommend!
