Summary: My husband and our 3 year old son stayed here from Alabama to see my family and have a little vacation. The home itself and the location were wonderful- everything was as described and it was pretty well stocked. Well stocked kitchen and clean and working appliances. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars for cleanliness is because I was really disappointed at how filthy the floors and some of the linens were. Under the beds and furniture were what looked liked months of dust bunny build up and from day one our feet and socks were BLACK from the floors after just a few hours. There were no cleaning pads for the swiffer floor mop that was there so we bought a pack, and each small section that I mopped, the pads were completely black and filthy. I used over half the wet mop pads on only the living area and kitchen and they never came clean. It was really gross for a 1,000 week stay. I don’t think the floors had been thoroughly mopped for months and some of the towels smelled of mildew when wet and things like throw pillows and comforters were pretty dirty and dingy. A comforter I used smelled of someone else’s perfume and just musty but other than a few cleanliness issues we really enjoyed it. We had a great week but for the price expected it to be cleaned more thoroughly!

Summary: Cute place to stay. The location is not accurate on the map. It is about 1.5-3 miles north of map location. North of Weddington. Still central location. Parking is very limited. All bedrooms were upstairs. Never could get the internet to work. We were in and out mostly for the game. Nice accommodations.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying here and will probably be back! The was so nice and clean. Bed are comfy. And it’s nice and close to campus so driving back and forth to visit with our daughter was easy!

Summary: If you choose to stay at this property be prepared to take EVERYTHING with you that you think you will need. That includes shampoo, bath/shower soap, blow dryer, iron & ironing board, trash bags, paper towels, bakeware, and batteries for the smoke detector. My family of 8 stayed at this property for 6 nights in September. We were in town with other family to celebrate my dad's birthday. First night was just my husband and me. When we went to bed we discovered the sheets had not been changed since the previous rental. The sheets in the secondary bedroom were worse; fake fingernails in the bed. We were unable to change the bedding - all other sheets were wadded up on shelves throughout the unit and we didn't know what was clean. In addition, linens were still in the dryer. At 4AM the smoke detector was chirping, My husband disconnected it & notified the owner. Batteries were not replaced when we left. If the listing does not specifically mention something, be aware it is NOT provided, such as iron and blow dryer. For six nights we were provided 1 extra trash bag 1 roll of paper towels, & 2-1/2 extra rolls of toilet paper for 6 days/8 people.There's a BBQ grill, but it is filthy, and likely a fire hazard! Don't plan on having company. The owner considers family dinner a "party" & believes that the city ordinance is no more than 8 people at any time. My siblings were in additional units nearby, not "allowed" to visit each other. It was a disappointing week at this property.

Summary: We were there to visit family and trek to Russellville to see the Eclipse. The property is well designed for a family/group - one bedroom with a king/adjoining bathroom, another with a double, a fold out futon and trundle beds also, even the living room sofa was super comfy. Host was very responsive when one in our group wanted to extend an extra night. The entire stay worked out great for a group and reasonable price point. Every trip has different priorities and this place fit the bill for ours - accommodating a group. plenty of space/privacy - and great communication with host

Summary: My family had a great time staying at this house in the middle of Fayetteville close to everything. The house was clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The unit itself was very nice. Newly constructed and comfortable to be in. With it being newly constructed, it is still in a new neighborhood which is under construction. We had no problems, could not hear the workers, and were easily able to navigate around them, but the concern of getting a nail in our tire was there every time we left (however, we never did catch a nail). This is however temporary, and once construction is complete, it will be a beautiful and quaint little neighborhood. And even with the construction, we did venture out for a stroll around the streets. Very quite, and family oriented feel. Easily sleeps 7 (we had 6 and had no problems). Close to the freeway (less than 5 minutes) and the U of A campus (less than 10 min). Easy drive to Downtown Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, or anywhere else in NWA. We would gladly stay here again.
