Immaculate, custom built, new home. Winner in the 2016 Outer Banks Parade of Homes. Located in beautiful Southern Shores, North Carolina. Our home is fully furnished with 3 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed and one full-over-full bunk. Open designed-great room with vaulted ceilings, and large flat screen television is perfect for family gatherings . Step outside to the spacious deck with Adirondack chairs under outdoor fan overlooking daytime swimmers and evening sunsets. Downstairs rec room with flat screen tv and wet bar and fridge is perfect for a teenager's getaway. A quick step outside takes you to our private pool/hot tub area with outside shower and fenced backyard. Open the garage door and set up a game of corn hole, steaks on the grill or take the bikes for a short ride to downtown Duck or straight to the oceanfront.

Summary: Great house for family vacation. Loved having the three different levels. Saltwater pool is amazing and house has alarm on doors (for children to not be able to access back yard/pool alone). Short walk or bike ride to beach (they had plenty of bikes for us to use, but we also brought the kid bikes with us). Owners are very responsive and helpful. Located on a quiet side street without traffic. 10/10.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was even more beautiful than we remembered. It's apparent that the owners take every guests need into consideration. The house was spotless upon arrival. We were immediately able to start our vacation sitting on the deck and enjoying their beautiful pool. This house is a gem and we will certainly be back.

Summary: We had everything we needed from toiletries and towels to locations and places to see. It was such a beautiful and clean home. I had to force my family to leave the house. The back yard and pool were so clean and comforting. I truly relaxed and had the best vacation at this house than I did in Hawaii. Definitely worth every penny:)

Summary: The first thing I always look for when looking for a vacation property is cleanliness. This home was immaculate. It is a very short walk to the beach and there were beach chairs and bikes available for use. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, so it was peaceful and very private in the backyard. The house has everything you can need in case you forget something and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to use for cooking. We were greeted by a fresh batch of cookies upon our arrival, which my family enjoyed very much and made us feel welcome. I appreciate the communication and the ease of the check-in process. I would definitely book again!

Summary: We stayed at this rental with our parents and 3 teens. The house was spacious and allowed for everyone to spread out. Words cannot describe how clean this property was! No detail was left unattended. The host was very accessible and responsive. Definitely recommend!
