Summary: This was an amazing family trip, the check in process could have been a little faster because they do take time to check you in. Also one of the staff ladies in the breakfast buffet was rude to people that didnt speak English and she closed early . I do also feel that they can re inforce not feeding the wildlife and more strict in non smoking areas. Drinks are available but no apple juice at all. The hacienda wait time to get our food was over 40 mins.

Summary: Rooms are a little too far apart from lobby and restaurants and golf carts that take you back and forward stop early at night. Also lobby to rooms roads are a little roo dark.

Summary: This resort was absolutely beautiful. They have different restaurants to choose from, just make sure to make reservations for the restaurants when you get there or you’ll only have the buffet, pizzeria or taco stand option. The pools were beautiful and DJ always had great music playing. We went during seaweed season but the resort was great on making sure the beach was clear of seaweed. Room was nice and soft beds only thing is first night had to call for restock on bottles of water but after that no problem. Felt very safe. So much to do. Definitely going back.

Summary: The overall service was not what we expected nor the quality of the food. They have a bad reservation system and not many restaurants with open availability. Totally not what I expected knowing it’s right next door to xacret park.

Summary: Great place to stay and budget friendly. Walking distance to Xcaret Park and centrally located to many excursions. Buffett food is 6.5/10. Restaurants are 7/10. I will be returning and I highly recommend this resort.
