Positive: This place was an amazing little find! The host has thought of everything you may need. You literally do not need to bring anything but your clothes! Make sure the check the hall closet by the bathroom for everything from beach toys to paddleboards...yes, paddleboards, pool games, beach items...everything! The balcony is loaded with Beach chairs and necessities, and the home has everything you need. I don't think you'd be bored even on a rainy day. Downtown Rincon is close by as well. We really enjoyed our stay and it was priced competitively. Everything you need in one place!
Negative: They were doing some remodeling in another unit in the building and the loud drilling sound started very early in the day waking everyone up. The owner of the unit was not aware, apologized and gave us an extra hour to check out. Also, I rented here due to their being a hot tub; however, the hot tub does not currently work at the facility (June 2025).

Positive: We had a great stay, and we were so impressed with the amenities. We loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and even a pop up cabana to take to the beach! Incredible communication with the host and everything was great. We would absolutely stay again.

Positive: The pictures absolutely represent what the place looks like and how nice it is! This was our last rental for our stay in PR, and I am so glad we ended with this one, as it was by far the nicest! it is TRULY well stocked with everything. In PR I find it is hard to find a place that is as well stocked as places in the states are, but this one definitely is. Check-in and checkout were easy, communication was great, beds were comfy, and location was wonderful. Giant TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Lots of cords/plugs are even provided in each bedroom for charging your watch, phone, etc. Would highly recommend!

Positive: We went for breakfast only one day. Coffee 413 around the corner, it was very good.
Negative: The unicorn floating took too much room in the patio. other than that everything was perfect!
Summary: This location lived up to it's hype, Amenities didn't disapoint.

Positive: Location, cleanliness, size, ammenties and comfortable beds! Pretty much checked every box for us. We had our best sleeps here after watching the beautiful sunset across the street. All the tvs are equipped with android boxes and sound systems which was a nice touch.
Negative: The only cons were that we had to pay 4% extra just to use our credit card to pay. We're Canadian travelers so the payment options/apps the host offered we couldn't utilize because they're not available here. The request to strip beds and take out the trash before we left seemed a bit much when we were paying a healthy charge for cleaning service.
