Positive: Very easy "check in" and "check out" process Apartment is very well maintained and stuffed with Central location to several beautiful beaches
Negative: Parking lot gate was not working properly. It randomly stopped working and kept opened.
Summary: Definitely a memorable stay which I would repeat and recommend to family and friends.

Positive: Great apartment, had everything we needed besides maybe a drying rack. Rafael was so welcoming, super responsive and accommodating! Lots of games, great tech and best of all - anything you could dream of to take to the beach!
Negative: There was construction going on in the building from 8am and after 4pm, both days of our stay. Not something you can plan for and not Rafael‘s fault but it did make our stay less relaxing. I had stains on the bed covers and something crusty on one of the blankets which was a bit gross. I appreciated that we were allowed to drop off our luggage early - which I guess meant that Rafael and team had to optimize their cleaning process by letting guests do half the work (bringing garbage downstairs, removing bed linen and putting them in the washer, etc) 🤣 Not great when you are on vacation but I guess we benefited from this process, so can’t really complain.
