Positive: Shaihla was nice and very accommodating, and even willing to stay past her time (5 p.m.) to wait for our arrival while we were on our way to Ocean Trails Resort!
Negative: 1) I had wanted but was not allowed to book a room with 2 beds + a sofa bed for 3 people on the web site. So I had to concede booking a room with 1 XL double bed for 2 people, and where I spent a sleepless night on the uncomfortable sofa bed mattress where you can feel the metal base and hear squeaks on every turn/movement. 2) It was our first time to this resort and found the trail to Rathtrevor beach was longer than expected and with a little steep middle section which can be a little slippery.

Negative: A grab bar in the bathroom shower/tub is needed. An overhead ceiling fan in the bedroom would be ideal.

Positive: Short walk to the beach entrance. The Multi level ramp to the beach could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The beach itself however was nothing short of SPECTACULAR !
