New luxury boutique condominium development overlooking Sunset Beach and the Quivira community. This brand new 3BD/3BA condo has been meticulously and thoughtfully designed. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest with a large wrap around balcony, plenty of seating for all and oversized BBQ. There is direct access to the pool from the patio so leave your flip-flops in the house. The condo is extraordinarily spacious and comfortably sleeps 6. The 3rd BD can be converted into one king size bed.
All rooms offer beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean/Sierra Laguna Mountains with amazing sunsets and beautiful night views of the city lights. CPR features; large infinity edge pool, 2 fire pits (coming soon), 2 jacuzzis, fitness center (coming soon), large sunbathing deck and free underground parking. Located adjacent to the 2nd entrance gate of Quivira & only 1.5 miles to the marina (100 peso Uber ride).
Note: While there is minimal construction going on near the pool, the work is on the other end of the community and has no impact on this particular residence. In addition, the owner has upgraded all windows with anti noise and hurricane grade features. Enjoy nothing but peace and quiet while on your vacation. Work to be completed by February, 2025.
