Positive: This place is way too big and under staffed. Spent most of our time waiting for a cart to bring us around the property.
Negative: The jacuzzi on the balcony.

Negative: Tazuma was horrible. They served raw fish that was old and smelled bad. I was extremenly uphappy with the experience. The room service breakfast was very disappoining. The quality of the food and the presentation was not good.
Summary: Staff was wonderful. Very nice place. Need better quality control at Tazuma.

Positive: Food in general was very good - we've only had one other all-inclusive experience and this was equal to that one. Not all the restaurants were great - but generally there were options that were very good. Room service was relatively quick and bar service was exceptional.
Negative: The layout of the hotel makes golf cart travel a must. It was difficult to plan spontaneously because catching golf carts as they went by was difficult.
Summary: We enjoyed the hotel - the architecture and the grounds are beautiful.
