Summary: The condo was beautiful! It was perfect for what we needed! The view was absolutely stunning! However i wasn’t to fond of having to clean before we left. Obviously, wash dishes and put them away, take out trash, and clean out fridge and freezer was expected. But having to wash the towels and the used and the bedding was a little off to me. We have stayed in multiple condos, and have never had to do that before. Especially since they charge a cleaning fee and have 6 hours between check out and check in. Since all the cleaning staff would have to do is sweep, mop, and replace the bedding i already washed, i think the cleaning fee was a little pricy. But other than that we had a wonderful time.

Summary: The unit was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean and having a full kitchen and washer and dryer were great. The ocean views here are beautiful.

Summary: We enjoyed having the pool area and the beach right there. Just down the road from Daytona activities. The place was sweet and comfortable.

Summary: The condo was exactly as we expected based on the pictures and also the reviews. The pro’s: The kitchen had everything you needed in terms of cookware and even some spices, coffee filters, Tupperware for leftovers, etc. It is true the ice maker is not working so pick up a bag with your groceries. The location on the beach is outstanding! And having Publix right across the street was a plus! The view from the balcony amazing and the pool was nice and super warm and clean. Some opportunities to note that did not take from our vacation but may be issues for others. They are doing work on the building as you can see on many buildings up and down the beach. During the work day you will hear it. The hot water heater is not large so don’t try and run bath, dishwasher and laundry at the same time! And the lighting in the master bath is so dim especially in the shower. And finally, the community bbq is not useable - its old, filthy and looks like it hasn’t been used for a long time. We bought a little grill and left it for others to use behind the community grill. None of these things were deal breakers for us and would rent this condo again in a heart beat. Enjoy!
