Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Seawinds Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, club room with a kitchen, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space. There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed. The oceanfront pool is heated seasonally in the Winter for added comfort.
Directly across the street from Seawinds Condominiums is a Publix which is the perfect spot for groceries and beach necessities. In the same plaza as Publix is a Beall's outlet, Dollar Tree, a Chinese restaurant, Sunrise Grill and Pizza, and a 7-11. Also directly across the street is a Dunkin' Donuts. Within quick walking distance of the condo are restaurants such as Sunny Side Up, Absolutely CheeZee, The Dog Hut, Hanky Panky's Lounge, Beach Side Brew Pub, Stavro's, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants.

There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

Summary: This was a great property!Management company was top notch with prompt and excellent communication. Property was well stocked, great views, quiet location. Absolutely will stay again and would highly recommend!We chose to park up top vs underground parking due to size of our vehicle and was a bit more convenient for us. No complaints!Loved the location. Loved the condo. Only wish we could have stayed forever. Clean. Super easy check in. Great communication from beginning to end!

Summary: Seawinds is a great location. We’ve been coming there for 10 years, but stay at different units. The unit had updated showers, but the sinks and garden tub need to be replaced. The toilet in guest bathroom needs to be replaced. The height of the counters in the bathroom are so low. My husband is tall and had to kneel down in order to wash his face. In the instructions prior to arrival appeared very strict - only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag itc, but that was not the case. We had to ask several times for 2 parking passes as they were not in the unit, but we finally got them 2 days before we left.

Summary: Plenty of towels, dishes, bedding, lots of stores close, convenient washer and dryer, no extra toilet paper, kitchen counter had barbecue sauce on it, needs some repairs. I understand it’s ocean front but it was a little pricey for age of property. Size would be good for two adults and two children, I think a little crowded for four adults.

Summary: The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Having stores and restaurants within walking distance helped with our exercising. The garage spot in the underground parking garage was very useful by being close to the elevator. We had a quiet and relaxing vacation.
