*Brand NEW (June 2017) air conditioning throughout the suite so quiet you won't even know it's on;
*Two sets of French doors open to a balcony furnished with a bistro set & electric BBQ with amazing ocean & marina views;
*FREE dedicated high speed internet (no sharing with other guests!!), cable TV;
*FREE underground parking;
*A well equipped kitchen complete with 6 major appliances – dishwasher, stove, washer/dryer, garburator, and fridge with built in water & ice dispenser;
*Two bathrooms - one with a walk-in/walk out shower ideal for guests with limited mobility;
*An electric fireplace in the living room;

We welcome long term rentals. Our serviced apartments/suites , all utility costs (i.e internet, cable TV, electricity, heating, & water). Our suites are fully furnished with cutlery, crockery, linens and towels, and in suite laundry. You are given direct contact with the owner should any issues arise and we are happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions and activities. Summary: Property was as displayed and described. Helen met us on arrival, provided local knowledge and ensured all was well. We called her to advise of a couple SMALL items, which did not require immediate repair, but she had them rectified within a day! Highly recommend this property and plan to return!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Helen’s condo. It was clean and bright, beautifully decorated, very spacious, right at the marina overlooking the waterfront on a scenic boardwalk with lots to do. What more could you ask for. Helen is a great communicator and made sure we had everything that we needed. Thanks Helen next time we are in Nanaimo we would love to return to your condo. Regards, D&D

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. The apartment was very clean and Helen was wonderful to deal with. The thoughtful extras such as starter dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls.were very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Helen for a wonderful stay.

Summary: We had a great stay! The location is wonderful. We walked to many great restaurants and parks/beaches. Loved sitting on the deck which overlooks the marina. The suite is modern, roomy and extremely clean. We look forward to visiting again soon:)

Summary: Great location to ferry, waterfront walkway, Pho restaurant a minute walk as a dining option. Condo was well equiped, beds were amazing - we all comented on having the best sleeps! Morning coffee on the sunlite balcony watching kyakers and the marina activities was wonderful!
