Summary: The location is great. I wish I could say more but the condo itself very dated. The beds were average at best regarding comfort. There is stains in the carpet. The master bathroom has rust all over it. The bathroom medicine cabinet didnt appeared to be cleaned. It also had rust on it. The kitchen itself was clean but very limited on many basic household items. The whole condo needs a major updating. It is a great location but would not recommend it overall.

Summary: Great location and so nice to have chair rentals included in the stay. Calling to get a few issues resolved took quite a while on hold. The place needs a little bit of updating but worked.

Summary: Exactly what we were looking for! Perfectly priced for being just a hop from the ocean. Kids loved the HEATED pool since ocean in March can be a bit chilly. Office manager is a gem, but we didn't need anything. Enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella service that came with the rental. Loved these simple condos over being in a multistory building. Nearby hignlights are watching Blue Angels practice in Pensacola, national park seashore and Fort Pickens, and Gulfarium. Nice morning outings before an afternoon at the beach.

Summary: Great location, air conditioner was good and cold. Few stains on carpet downstairs that could be cleaned. Outlet in upstairs bathroom did not work.

Summary: Great location, the house had great supplies (towels, pillows, etc) but the kitchen was lacking severely in terms of cooking items like skillets and pans. We also found several cockroaches running around in the kitchen in the evenings.

Summary: Vacasa is awful. I would suggest not working with them. Unbelievable fees. I will never stay at another property managed by Vacasa.

Summary: The beds were as promised, recently replaced, and very comfortable. The location was close to the beach, only 3-4 minutes to walk there. Pool was nice and close, right in the middle of the complex. The water pressure was amazing. The townhouse needs some updating/cleaning. The carpet needs to go. I’m not sure how you can keep carpeting clean on the beach and it wasn’t. The back patio gate was broken and unmoving. The toilet in the east bedroom has a slow leak. The screen doors have need of replacing the handles. We had difficulty getting into the the unit with the code that was sent. It took over an hour to initially get into the unit. Kitchen wasn’t thoroughly clean. Food droppings in a couple of the cabinets and in the pull out drawer underneath the oven.

Summary: Overall nice place. Clean and plenty of room. Maintenance was helpful on fixing the fan when we asked. It’s in a perfect location for relaxing on the beach. The initial ‘old beach house’ smell when you fist walk in could be better but it’s not totally offensive.

Summary: It is very old. Garbage disposal, electrical outlet in the bathroom and ceiling fan in bedroom about to fall down or not working at all. Bed in bedroom you can feel springs back porch chairs falling apart. This place could really be nice if it was redone.
