Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico.
The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can enjoy a BBQ in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella.
Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to two bathrooms and two bedrooms, each including a TV. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.
You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

Summary: Great stay in Navarre Beach. The condo was clean and accessible to the beach. Other than the rain we had throughout our stay the trip was relaxing and enjoyable. This is our 6th stay at this condo. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach if the need arises. Love Sugar beach and recommend this host if you are looking for a place that is reasonable, comfortable and clean.

Summary: The townhouse gave us the space and location we needed for our week long vacation. The owners had a shed with items for the beach and for kids to use to play in the sand/water. We did have a misunderstanding about there being a futon in the second bedroom(that is how the listing shows the beds), but we’re still able to have enough sleeping space with the pullout bed downstairs. The only other issue we had was outside of the owners control and that was late, noisy swimmers at the pool a couple of nights and a very early garbage truck on a Saturday morning. Overall, we had a good stay and having such easy and close access to the beach was nice and the townhouse provided what we needed for the week long stay.
