Positive: We are a family from Germany who is spending the 2024 Christmas holidays in New Zealand. The house in Whangarei has a fantastic location. With a view of the harbour and the surrounding countryside. The equipment of the house is great. What I liked best was having the patio door open at dinner and being able to see the sunset. My son was very enthusiastic about the pool and my daughter was happy to have her own bedroom. Communication with the landlord was excellent. We felt very comfortable in the house and have made very nice trips from Whangarei.
Negative: There's nothing there - it was all great
Summary: The best start to our trip in New Zealand - we love the house.

Positive: The location and house are great. Very comfortable beds and nice linen/towels.
Negative: The spa pool was dirty which put us off and the cleaning fee is extortionate… making the stay not good value for money.

Positive: This property had everything we needed and more! It was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views and the quiet location. It was easy to find and a quick drive into town. The kitchen was well equipped and the home had all the supplies we needed. Parking was also very easy!! The manager of the property was quick to respond to our questions and made check in super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The fact that there was only a tv in the lounge loved that and the space and different options of lighting was great.
Negative: Spa needs to be cleaned and thermostat checked we had 3kids end up with hot tub felicitous which led 2 kids to rash up and 1 spewing.
Summary: Other then our kids catching something it was absolutely beautiful views for days.

Positive: The view is great, privacy great, spacious and comfortable. This is truly a home away from home, great for a family or a couple, spa and pool is a bonus.
