A very safe residential area surrounded by everything necessary for a perfect stay, both for work and with family or friends. It is a recently fully renovated building with restored apartments equipped with the latest technology.
The building has a lift and an interior courtyard. To access the lift, it is necessary to climb a small flight of steps, as is usual in old buildings. For its renovation, an aesthetic and practical criterion has been applied spectacularly, resulting in a beautiful and very comfortable accommodation.

The kitchen is incorporated into the living room to make the most of the space and a high bar is used as a dining area with design stools. The living room with a comfortable double sofa bed is equally bright and has a balcony with insulating windows to avoid noise and preserve temperature.
The room is of good size, also with a nice balcony and good and large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has internet, Smart TV, and all the equipment that might be needed. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking lot within about 50 meters of the apartment.
