We have. over the years it has created a welcoming place to live, taking care of centuries-old olive trees, planting ancient varieties of fruit, growing vegetables and raising bees, all with natural methods, respecting the environment.
Today we are pleased to accommodate you in three apartments with fine finishes (separate but if necessary communicating for groups of 14 people) whose codes are:

We have at your disposal a large swimming pool of 15x5m, located in a sunny and private position, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
There is a shaded patio, solar heated shower and wooden fence for the little ones.
During your stay you can taste our superior quality extra virgin olive oil, produced with the internal oil mill, but also collect the ripe fruit and vegetables from the garden, as well as savor our wildflower honey.

LAVENDER APARTMENT:
it is located on the ground floor, has large spaces and is composed of
- two double bedrooms each with private bathroom,
- an eat-in and equipped kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and column fridge / freezer, dishes)
- a large living room which leads to the external garden through a sliding window. Here there is a table where you can dine on cool summer evenings and a large lawn to play on.
Free unlimited Wifi is active in all rooms and near the hotel.
There is also a nearby laundry room with washing machine, ecological detergent, drying rack, iron, ironing board available for guests.
The apartment is supplied complete with bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and pool towels.
Weekly linen change is carried out.

Summary: We loved everything about Capoverso! Our family really enjoyed the Monte San Savino games (only on certain evenings) and restaurants. Chiara made excellent recommendations. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool (us too!) and the home was spacious.

Summary: All we could have asked for. Communication, location, and amenities where just as described. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to all the towns in the area. Chiara is an amazing host and offered many suggestions for places to eat and visit. Summary: We spent almost two weeks at Il Capisoverso and loved every minute of our visit. Chiara and Gianluca were the perfect hosts. This was a great home base for our tour around the country side. It was nice to come back to a inviting place that provided a place to unwind. We used the grill and ate in almost every evening meal. We started our day with coffee and then set out to explore. Having laundry facilities added to the overall experience of making this our home base. Thank you Chiara and Gianluca for making our trip truly memorable.

Summary: A friend and I stayed here for three nights. It was pure relaxation and exactly what we needed. We felt safe in the space and Chiara made us feel at home upon arrival. A perfect place from which to enjoy a local day of wine touring. I would recommend a car for ease of groceries and exploring neighboring towns but can also walk 30 min into Monte San Savino. Summary: We enjoyed our stay enormously. The beauty of the landscape, the comforts of the accommodation, the warmth of our host all combined to make us want to stay longer, or next best, return. There are Pleasurable day trips in every direction, but the town itself offers a variety of dining options and lovely walks - or just enjoying the garden. Summary: My party of four had the most breathtaking, splendid stay at Il Capo Verso. Chiara and Gianluca are exquisite hosts. Summary: We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer. The property is so peaceful, and the unit itself is great. Well equipped kitchen, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and very clean. We also enjoyed walking around the property to see the gardens and sitting outside by the barbecue or on the patio by the unit. Monte San Savino is also very close by and is a nice, small town to walk around, plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc. Lastly, Chiara was so helpful thought our stay (and before, helping us plan). Great hospitality.

Summary: The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. If I was missing anything, all we had to do was ask. Our hosts Chiara & Gianluca were friendly, attentive and very helpful. When I needed an emergency dentist appointment she found one the same day! When we asked for restaurant recommendations, it was a wonderful meal. I would say that if you have a car and want to relax...this is a perfect place.

Summary: We just returned from 10 days in this beautiful property. Chiara and Gianluca were perfect hosts. Very friendly and happy to supply lots of useful information regarding restaurants etc. We were able to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. We loved seeing the cats and dogs who often came to say hello. The swimming pool was lovely and very much welcome after a hot day sightseeing. The property is in a good position as Monte San Savino is very close and has a variety of restaurants and a big supermarket. We would definitely consider returning.
