All rooms have independent inverter a/c units. First floor: beautiful white marble floors welcome you to an living/dining open area. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible from both dining and living areas, leading to the charming interior courtyard and full bathroom. Although the house is not ADA-compliant, the guest bedroom on the first floor is available for any guest with mobility issues. Second floor: Three guest rooms, a fully-stocked library and a beautiful balcony overlooking historic Sol Street. Full bathroom with shower/jet bathtub. Third floor: Master bedroom with full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven and refrigerator and two terrace including Hammack with an umbrella.

Summary: The best part of this house was the responsiveness of the owner. She was texting and calling back whenever I needed something from her. The home is beautiful and had most everything you needed. The location is close to the bars for those looking to party alittle. But it’s also very close to other cultural and touristic spots. All in all, our group had a good time in this home

Summary: Lovely property & location, much better than the picture's do justice. Host and the team are also responsive. Would have been a 5 star stay, Unfortunately due to electric issues, the air conditioning as well as the stove was not functioning. Host was able to buy fans for each room as a means to power through the situation. Some food lost as well and no laundry either. Please note the host was very amenable and wanted to offer a full refund for the next 2 nights if we found another location, however since our schedule was tight, finding new accommodations was not possible and we had to make due.
