Positive: View is breathtaking!!! Amazing and cute cave house exactly like on the pictures !!! Location is the best , not need to climb a lot of stairs , everything is around the corner !!! Thank you so much to Maria and Pranas , communication was great !!! Love it 200 %, best place ever

Positive: Very clean and modern facilities. Absolutely gorgeous view. It is really breathtaking, stayed for 3 days for my sisters proposal and it was honestly a “WOW” moment soon as we walked in. Greg was a brilliant host, very accommodating and responsive. Very safe area and peaceful with a bakery, restaurant and clothing shops just a 2 minute walk away with everything you could need. Local bus stop 30 metres from the accommodation. However we opted for local taxis, approx 25 EUR to get to Fira and Oia split between 3 people makes the car journey totally worth it for the view.
Negative: Cannot flush tissue down the toilet because of the small pipes on the island which is common in Santorini so you do need to put tissues into a waste bin.
Summary: Fantastic experience, gorgeous view, clean and spacious.

Negative: When we arrived we learned that the AC unit had been burnt and since there is no ventilation it was extremely difficult to sleep without an AC. We have a 2 year old who was very uncomfortable and because of this none of us hardly slept. To be fair the hostess did offer us a full refund if we decided on another property and also contacted a sister property if we wanted to shift there but being very last minute it was difficult as we had planned our child's birthday here. Also, the view we were expecting was a sunset view, as that what the pictures suggested but it seems there are 2 or 3 different villas and you don't know which one you will get. A bit misleading for us. The breakfast was below average, served cold in cardboard boxes, very limited choices and most of them egg based dishes, and we would have appreciated little gestures like extra Coffee pods or a bottle of water. But most of all, we did not like the location. Fira and Oia were far better in terms of liveliness , choice of Restaurants and Shopping. Not to mention much better views. Overall for more than 350 EUR per night, this was absolutely not worth it.

Negative: Cave house is for 4 people but only has a small bar fridge, would really benefit from a larger fridge.
