Positive: Our stay at the Omni Tempe was truly exceptional. The view from our room was fantastic, and the decor, layout, and design of the entire property felt so well thought out — whoever designed this hotel was in their bag. The bed and bathroom were amazing, and the whole place gave me resort vibes even though I was in Tempe, Arizona. The staff was outstanding: when we checked in and discovered the plugs and lights weren’t working, someone was at our room within 30 seconds to flip the breaker and make sure everything was fixed. On departure day, since our flight was in the evening, they held our luggage with the concierge and even offered us a pool pass if we wanted to relax while we waited — a thoughtful touch. The lobby was impressive too, with plenty of seating, charging stations, and TVs that made it feel like a chic lounge. The pool, fitness center, and overall atmosphere were absolutely top notch.
Negative: The only hiccup was with late-night food and rooftop access — though part of that was on me. The dining hours and rooftop details were listed on the paper they gave us at check-in (so my advice is: read the paper, don’t skim it like I did — reading is fundamental!). The snack café isn’t open 24/7, but they do have “sundry” items available at the front desk after hours, plus a 24-hour CVS across the street which came in handy. As for the rooftop, the paper said “reservations recommended,” but in practice it felt like you definitely needed one if you wanted a table — otherwise you were limited to sitting at the bar. After 10 PM, it switched to open seating until close at 11. The drinks and food were excellent (those birria empanadas were out of this world), but I would’ve booked a reservation ahead of time if I had realized how strict it really was.

My experience at Omni Tempe Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my stay very special. I especially want to highlight how attentive and caring they were during my brief health issue. Their support and assistance in those moments meant so much to me and left a lasting impression.
