Positive: Some of the best Ryokan experience I've had in Japan. The staff were very involved and you really feel cared for. We stayed for 2 days and the menu was always different and kept surprising us in a good way. You can really see Mount Fuji from their panoramic onsen and we really liked the fact that all of their onsens are private so you can stay with your partner. On the first day of our stay they seemed fully booked and yet we were always able to get an onsen for ourselves.

Positive: The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Even with tourists they made an extra effort to translate, communicate and help to make sure we felt at ease.

Negative: Its a bit disconnected from the surrounding towns. Not a big issue if you have a car or plan on just staying for one night.

Summary: Great private onsens ro go as a couple. Amazing dinner and they accomodated my gf vegetarian preferences. Loved it here!
