Positive: The staff and the sumptuous Lobby Bar. Bedrooms are well equipped and the air conditioning was quietly effective. Fantastic cocktails and bar food along with the best English breakfast in London.

Positive: The best hotel I have stayed in. The staff were friendly, efficient and we can't thank them enough for making our stay so special. The swimming pool was a fabulous treat and breakfast was off the scale for deliciousness. We will never forget how we were made to feel part of the One Aldwych family and cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.
Negative: There was nothing that could be improved upon. I loved the special touches like the flannel to remove make up in the bedroom and a shoe horn.
Summary: Spending the birthday weekend at One Aldwych was the best present ever, never to be forgotten

Negative: Bed pillows were huge but no substance .. head just sank to the mattress !! Bar prices expensive .
