Positive: Excellent location. Clean and well maintained room. Spa facilities were very good

Negative: We knew room price was more expensive but addition of service charge and had to pay for breakfast extra. Breakfast seemed unnecessarily expensive.

Summary: Would recommend Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Afternoon Tea which was amazing !!

Positive: we arrived and the staff were fabulous, gave us some tea while we waited for our room - we went to use the pool which was lovely and peaceful, very clean great products towels etc. we were upgraded as it was my husband's 50th and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - every part of our stay exceeded expectations!

Negative: nothing!

Summary: a perfect 24hrs at One Alwych - beautiful room and fabulous staff

Positive: From stepping through the entrance on day of arrival to stepping out on day of departure we experienced some of the best customer service and care. The hotel is modern has a lovely bar area or a quiet library for hotel guests. There is a restaurant and spa facilities making it perfect for a city break.

Negative: Truthfully I can’t think of a single thing. Would the bar area get really busy in high season would be my only question as it’s in a great location for theatre goers or a business meeting.

Summary: One of the best stays we have had in London. We will stay again and highly recommend
