We provide wi-fi ,air conditioning, heat,cable Tv and off street parking.There is no kitchen but a coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator. We are very close to both Tulane and Loyola Universities as well as 3 blocks to St Charles streetcar. It is a safe nice area with Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. You will have your own private entrance and porch. We provide drinks and snacks. There are 12 steps leading up to the house.

Summary: The one bedroom was very cozy. It was nicely decorated. It had a very Southern feel to it. Even though it was an older property, it was clean and hospitable. The owner provided snacks and drinks. The owner was easily accessible. She communicated very well and promptly. This property is perfect for a solo traveler. As a female solo traveler myself, I felt comfortable and very safe at this location.

Summary: Our hostess was so accommodating! She came over after we settled in to introduce herself & brought us a goodie bag! She was very sweet!I would stay there again & recommend this place to others as well.

Summary: Absolutely perfect stay! The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to Tulane & Loyola and amazing restaurants on Freret. The host was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Can’t wait to return!

Summary: This property was stated to be a one bedroom apartment. There was a large bedroom, a bath and an entry way. There was no table and chairs. The front door felt as if it was coming off of its hinges. There were no instructions for the television. The bed was comfortable but the linens and pillows needed an upgrade. We were disappointed in the property and would not stay there again.
