Positive: Great location, the train station was a 1 minute walk. It was also based in the village so all the shops were in very close proximity including The Harrow (love that place). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has difficulty getting up several flights of steep stairs - there is no alternative access. Overall this place was good for what we needed and is cost effective.
Negative: We stayed here during a really hot period and it was extremely warm even with all the windows open - the host provided a fan but it was only a small one. We also couldn’t find a duvet inner for the pullout bed, and the host never replied to any of our messages about it whilst we were there. It was also very difficult to get suitcases up and down the stairs.

Positive: Excellent location. Close to the train station, on the high street with plenty of shops and restaurants. Good heating level. Clean and good size towels. I didn't do any cooking, so no comments about the kitchen.
Negative: Didn't particularly like the shampoo.
Summary: Comfortable flat with everything you need, and very accessable.

Positive: Suitable for a family of four. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple Chinese meals.
Negative: Location was far from London Central but very accessible by public transport.

Positive: Good location, if you visit London by car. This was my first time to go to London by car. We found out about ULEZ (low emission zone) in London area just 2 days before our trip meanwhile it takes usually 2 weeks for registration to be completed. This flat is just outside of this zone, so we could avoid extra non-necessary fines (even though temporally. Our car is within the criteria) . We were just lucky to book this flat over others. In addition, an one-day public transport costs 15 pound.
Negative: Sofa bed. The mattress is poor. I felt parts of the sofa and it was painful. I needed to put a cushion underneath… Kitchen tools are not equipped enough.
Summary: I would not recommend for a family, because of the poor sofa bed.
